Council of Community Clinics discounts: Available to all patients as a discounted payment source for medical lab fees. For more information please ask your healthcare provider. |
There may be additional programs for which patients may be eligible. Staff will work with a patient, whenever possible, to assist them in obtaining access to eligible services.
