Corporate Compliance/Medicare Compliance Policy

FRTH's Corporate Compliance Program has been established to demonstrate and ensure our commitment to complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to the services we perform and submit claims for professional fee reimbursement.

The program ensures that FRTH complies with all laws regarding Medicare billing policies and procedures. To this end, we are committed to regular training of all staff, requiring that each spend a minimum of four (4) hours a year in compliance training, and have made this a condition of continued employment with this practice. This ensures that we continue to stay in compliance with all laws and regulations.
